MFI Rewards Program™ for real estate agents who are REALTORS® - Membership Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

The Moving Families Initiative’s MFI Rewards Program™ for real estate agents who are REALTORS®, (Rewards Program), membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of World Class Coaches and its affinity partner, The Trevor Romain Company and managed by World Class Coaches, (WCC). This Rewards Program does not affect the terms and conditions of WCC affinity relationships with its participating state associations of REALTORS® partners in support of the Moving Families Initiative. State Associations of REALTORS®, and local and National Associations of REALTORS® are not responsible for and are held harmless for any part of this Program and you agree to such as part of your participation in this Rewards Program. The rights and obligations of WCC under the Rewards Program may be assigned or transferred by WCC to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performance thereafter shall be the responsibility of that entity.

  1. Membership Eligibility. Membership in the Rewards Program is available to individuals (you) as stated in these Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. You must be a licensed real estate agent who is a REALTOR®, paying dues to your respective state, local and the National Associations of REALTORS® the calendar year you enroll in the Rewards Program. You may maintain only one account. Companies and/or other entities cannot enroll. There is no enrollment fee for enrolling in the Rewards Program.
  2. Rewards Program Availability. WCC reserves the right to restrict, suspend, discontinue or cancel this Rewards Program at any time, without notice at its sole discretion. Should these steps be taken for any reason, WCC shall notify active Rewards Program members via e-mail of such actions. In that event your right to receive Rewards Program Points, (Points), shall end 90 days after we notify you and your right to redeem your Points shall end 180 days after we notify you, no matter what the level of your participation in the Rewards Program. Points for all members not presented for redemption on or before such redemption end date cannot be redeemed.
  3. Rewards Program Enrollment. The easiest way to enroll is by visiting the MFI Rewards Program page on the World Class Coaches site at worldclasscoaches.com/MFI-rewards-program.php. Once you arrive, simply find the MFI Rewards menu and click on “Enroll.” Quick and easy screens will walk you through the enrollment process. Once you complete the enrollment process you will become an official MFI Rewards Program Member, (Member), as of the date reflected on your Rewards Program Enrollment Record. You will receive a “Thank You for Enrolling Receipt,” upon completing your enrollment process. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation with your Rewards Program account number. Upon enrollment, Member’s account is active for 24 months. An active member is defined as any member having point activity (accrual or redemption) within the last 24 months. Member’s account will remain active as long as Member earns or redeems Points at least once every 24 months. The Member’s account expiration date will be extended 24 months from the date of the last earned or redeemed Point. If a Member fails to earn or redeem a Point in 24 months, the Member’s account will become inactive and all Points and Promotional Awards will be forfeited. World Class Coaches reserves the right to cancel the membership of any Member with no Points in the Member’s account or a Member who has earned or redeemed no Points for at least 24 consecutive months.
  4. Name Change Request. Name change request shall be submitted in writing to the MFI Rewards Service Center, 3450 W. Sahara Ave. #780, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The request shall be in writing and contain the Member’s Rewards Program account number, present name on file, e-mail and mailing addresses, valid phone number, along with photocopies of legal documentation (ex. Driver’s license, marriage certificates, etc.) and an informal letter indicating legal name change request. Member should also include changes to personal information they desire to be made in letter as well.
  5. Membership Cancellation. WCC reserves the right to cancel Rewards Program Membership and revoke any and all unredeemed Points collected by any member for reasons that include, but are not limited to: 1) violation of these Terms and Conditions; 2) failure to pay respective state, local and national associations of REALTORS® dues and participating in Rewards Program; 3) misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of the Rewards Program; 4) violation of any national, state or local law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges; 5) failure to pay for WCC products or services rendered charges; 6) a check to WCC that is returned for insufficient funds or is invalid for any reason; 7) commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of the Rewards Program;
    8) more than one active account per-person or member; or 9) physical, verbal, or written abuse of WCC or its affinity partners personnel; or 10) action, in any other way, to the detriment of the Rewards Program; all as may be determined by WCC in its sole discretion.
  6. Changes in Terms and Conditions. WCC and its affinity partners reserve the right to change, limit, modify or cancel Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (including the number of Points issued for the purchase of WCC Qualified Products or Services rendered), regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, rewards and reward levels in whole or part at any time, even though changes may affect the value of Points or rewards already accumulated. You shall be bound by any such changes.
  7. Notice of Changes. Any such changes will be shown in these Terms and Conditions and on the notice of changes page and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise. A notice that a change has been made shall be placed on the web page for a reasonable period of time. Any changes to any printed version of the Terms and Conditions shall be contained in the next reprinting of that printed version. WCC shall attempt to notify active members of major Reward Program changes, but will not be liable for failure to do so, and all members shall nevertheless be bound.
  8. Legal rights. Neither the Rewards Program nor any benefit offered by the Reward Program creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by members against WCC or any of its affinity partners.
  9. Data Privacy. Under the data protection legislation of various countries, we are required to primarily draw your attention to the fact that by applying for membership or by continuing to exercise the privileges of membership and in order to make it possible for WCC to perform its obligations under the Rewards Program, you accept and explicitly authorize that your personal information which is supplied by you in the enrollment form or during the course of your Rewards Program membership shall be processed by WCC, in its capacity of data controller, by its affinity partners, or affiliates, including Rewards Program Service Centers and may be transferred worldwide to any third parties with which WCC is affiliated within the scope of the Rewards Program (Affinity partners or affiliates) or to third parties to process your personal data on our behalf or where required by applicable law or in the event of a company reorganization, merger or acquisition, for use of such information for its (their) administration of membership records, advertising, marketing and communication purposes. They or we may contact you for marketing purposes by mail, fax, telephone or email.
  10. Right of Access to Data. You have a right of access to your data by sending a written request signed by you via e-mail to mfirewards@worldclasscoaches.com You are responsible for restricting access to and maintaining the confidentiality of your membership account number and you agree to accept responsibility for the activities of anyone using your account number.
  11. Special Services. You may be entitled to special services and benefits at WCC. Benefits and services may change from time to time and may vary by products or services offered, and geographical region.
  12. Earning Points. You may earn Points beginning with the date of your enrollment. You will be awarded 1000 promotional Points for enrolling in the Rewards Program. You will be awarded 1000 promotional bonus Points for a grand total of 2000 for enrolling in the Rewards Program and having paid your local, state and National Associations of REALTORS® dues for the current calendar year at the time of your enrollment as shown on your Rewards Program Enrollment Record. Points will not be earned for WCC products purchased or services rendered prior to the date of your enrollment as shown in your Rewards Program records. You will be able to earn base program Points (base Points) when you purchase a WCC MFI Qualified Product or Service, hereafter, Qualified Product or Service. Qualified Products include The Great Moving Adventure DVD; the book Says Who? By Johnnie Johnson; and the WCC Unleashing Your Potential Manual and Workbook. Qualified Services include the following WCC coaching program levels: Jumpstart; Leadership; Platinum; Executive Platinum; Executive Management; and Top Level Executive. WCC reserves the right to add or delete Qualified Products or Services at any time, without notice to Rewards Program members at its sole discretion. As a Rewards Program Member, you will be awarded Points for qualified payments made for Qualified Products or Services. A qualified payment is when an active Rewards Program Member pays the WCC advertised rate on Qualified Products or Services. The actual number of Points earned is calculated after completion of the entire purchase, or payment process if recurring, and is based on the final dollar amount paid for the advertised price of Qualified Product or Service purchased. For all qualified payments made by you after enrollment, you will receive twelve (12) Base Points for each USD dollar paid toward Eligible Charges for Qualified Products and Qualified Services. Payments ending in fifty cents ($00.50) or higher shall be rounded up to the nears dollar and all payments ending in forty-nine cents ($00.49) or less shall be rounded down to the nearest dollar. WCC may choose to award Points for other charges at its sole discretion. You can collect Points on all qualified payments for Eligible Charges for multiple Qualified Products or Services provided your Rewards Program Member number is recorded for each Qualified Product or Service at the time of each payment or in case of recurring payments, it is recorded when establishing the recurring payment process.
  13. Limits on Points for Complimentary Services. Points are not issued for Non-Qualifying products and services or for complimentary products or services offered by WCC or through any of its affinity partners on behalf of WCC. Except as expressly set out otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, Points are not awarded for dollars spent on tax, shipping cost, service changes or other incidental expenses. Charges not billed to you other than Eligible Charges paid for by you for Qualified Products or Services will not be eligible for Points. Only active Rewards Program members who make Qualified Payments on Qualified Products or Services will be awarded Qualifying Credits toward achieving Elite-Level status or other promotional goals. Points are deducted accordingly from Rewards Program Members Account for any return of Qualified Payment for Qualified Products or Services or for Rewards Program member canceling or dropping out of Qualified Services program before their expiration date expires for any reason.
  14. Return Policy. All returns due to incorrectly filled orders, or defective or damaged Products shall begin by you contacting the MFI Rewards Service Center via e-mail at mfirewards@worldclasscoaches.com within 48 hours of receipt for return instructions. (A) Member’s name, Rewards Program account number, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number, and (B) reason for return must accompany the return.
  15. Reward Points have no value. Points are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Reward Program. Points have no fixed or ascertainable cash value until presented for redemption in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Rewards Program. Members have no ownership interest in accrued Points and accrued Points do not constitute property of the Members. Use of the word earn in marketing materials in relation to MFI Reward Points shall mean collect and shall not infer that the Points have any value until they are presented for redemption. Points may not be purchased or sold and are not transferable except as otherwise stated herein.
  16. Employer Restrictions. If you’re an employee, it’s your sole responsibility to obtain any required permissions from your employer to participate in the Rewards Program. Some employers, by policy, may prohibit or restrict employee participation in the Rewards Program. WCC or its affinity partners shall assume no responsibility or liability for compliance with those policies.
  17. Points Adjustment. The Points listed in your Rewards Program account are subject to change to reflect actual Qualified Payments received for Qualified Products or Services by WCC or its designated affinity partners. From time to time adjustments and Program changes are made. If you believe your account activity is inaccurate, contact the Rewards Program Service Center via e-mail at mfirewards@worldclasscoaches.com The Rewards Program will only accept such request via e-mail. You will need to provide your Membership Number and email address on record with the Rewards Program as part of request. Point adjustments will not be made more than 60 days after the statement date. Please keep all of your WCC Qualified Payment receipts for your records, as they will be required for Point adjustment requests.
  18. Communications Not Received. WCC or its affinity partners are not liable for loss of misdirected correspondence, requests, freight, or Reward Certificates that may be incomplete, illegal, delayed, lost or stolen.
  19. No Guarantees on Merchandise. If for any reason merchandise is associated with this Program from third parties, WCC, its partners, affinity partners, affiliates, and agents and other representatives make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to items of merchandise or products or services of the aforementioned entities, and shall not be liable for any loss, expense (including without limitation, any legal fees), accident or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of such items or as a result of any defect or failure of such items. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are specifically disclaimed.
  20. Restricted by Law. This Program or participation therein is not valid and/or the awarding of Points or Elite-Status Credits and/or the granting of rewards is void where prohibited or restricted by law in the country of the Member's domicile.
  21. Program Violations. Program violations, suspected fraud or abuse in relation to Point or Elite-Status Credit or reward usage is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by appropriate governmental authorities and by WCC and its affinity partners, including, without limitation, freezing your account, the forfeiture of all Points accumulated, rewards, vouchers, or merchandise issued pursuant to Point redemptions and any accrued Points in your account, as well as cancellation of the account and your future participation in the Rewards Program.
  22. Points Non-Transferable. Points are non-transferable and may not be transferred between Members under any circumstances.
  23. Maintaining Account Information. As a Rewards Program Member, you will receive an electronic monthly statement reflecting your account details and activities. Statement processing begins on the 1st of the month, or the 1st business day following the 1st of the month following the preceding month and will reflect details and activities of the prior month. Ex: Processing for January’s statement reflecting details and activities for that month begins on February 1st. You can expect to receive your statement via e-mail approximately two to three weeks after the date the statement processing period begins on the 1st of the month. You agree to provide accurate personal information to the Rewards Program, including your name, a valid e-mail address, mailing address and phone number upon enrollment. Furthermore, you agree to promptly report and communicate any changes to your contact information to the Rewards Program via e-mail at mfirewards@worldclasscoaches.com You can request a copy of your most recent statement by sending an e-mail request of such to mfirewards@worldclasscoaches.com The Rewards Program will only accept such request via e-mail. You will need to provide your Membership Number and email address on record with the Rewards Program as part of request to access this information.
  24. Program Interpretation. Interpretations of Program Terms & Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of WCC. WCC reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions or any rules related to the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice and subject to local laws and regulations.
Elite Membership Status:

MFI Rewards Platinum, Ambassador and Royal Ambassador (Elite) Membership Status

  1. MFI Elite Membership status is awarded to Rewards Program Members established on the number of base Points you earn. Once you reach Elite status, Platinum Rewards Members, hereafter MFI Platinum Member, you will receive a 10% bonus on all base Points earned during the period in which you are a MFI Platinum Member. Ambassador Rewards Members, hereafter MFI Ambassador Member, will receive a 25% bonus on all base Points earned during the period in which you are a MFI Ambassador Member. MFI Rewards Royal Ambassador members, hereafter MFI Royal Ambassador Member, will receive a 50% bonus on all base Points earned during the period in which you are a MFI Royal Ambassador Member. Future bonus/benefits for Elite Status Members may vary.
  2. MFI Platinum Membership status will be awarded to you if you accumulate 50,000 base Points in the Rewards Program. MFI Ambassador Membership will be awarded to you if you accumulate 75,000 base Points. MFI Royal Ambassador Membership will be awarded to you if you accumulate 100,000 base Points in the Rewards Program. Once you have earned Elite Membership status in any calendar year, you will maintain such status through the end of the following calendar year; however you must re-qualify each calendar year for the next year’s Elite Membership status. Ex: You achieved Elite Membership status in 2012; you will retain such status through the end of the calendar year 2013; however, you must re-qualify each calendar year for the next year's Elite membership status. In the above example, once you achieved Elite Membership status in 2012, you will retain that level through the calendar year 2013; however you must re-qualify by accumulating the required number of based Points in 2013 necessary to maintain such Elite Membership status for 2014. To earn or maintain Elite level status beyond December 2012, MFI Platinum Members must qualify by accumulating 50,000 base Points within a calendar year period; MFI Ambassador Members must qualify by accumulating75,000 base Points within a calendar year period; and MFI Royal Ambassador Members must qualify by accumulating 100,00 base Points within a calendar year period.
  3. Platinum, Ambassador and Royal Ambassador Level bonus Points apply only on the Base Points collected by a member and not on any additional promotional Points received due to special offers or promotions.
  4. MFI Platinum, Ambassador and Royal Ambassador Membership Level Rewards benefits are provided where available, at the sole discretion of WCC, and shall be considered void where prohibited by law.
  5. MFI Royal Ambassador Status is the highest level of standing offered by the Rewards Program and entitles MFI Royal Ambassador Members to additional benefits at the sole discretion of WCC and such benefits shall be considered void where prohibited by law.
  6. WCC reserves the right to restrict, suspend or cancel the Elite Membership Status Benefits and discontinue the Rewards Program Membership of any member, including Elite Status Level Members who acts in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, rules, regulations, or these Terms and Conditions, in WCC sole discretion.
  7. WCC, from time to time, may include reward options from suppliers who operate their own Alliance Rewards program, hereafter Alliance Programs, to MFI Reward Program Members through membership communications. Alliance Programs supplying offers to MFI Rewards Members, from time to time, are independent contractors. Nothing in any other materials related to the Program is intended or shall be construed as establishing any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between WCC and Alliance Programs, including without limitation the use of the word partner. WCC, its affinity partners, affiliates, representatives and agents are not responsible or liable for the conduct of Alliance Programs and/or their programs or services, including, without limitation any changes or discontinuances of service by Alliance Programs or other independent businesses that may affect the Alliance Programs rewards, the collection of Alliance Programs Points, or the delivery of products or services offered by them.
  8. WCC, its affinity partners, affiliates, representatives and agents make no guarantees, warranties or representations and assume no liability for the terms and conditions or the conduct of Alliance Programs or other vendor's frequency programs and shall not be liable for any loss, expense (including without limitation attorneys' or other legal fees), accident or inconvenience that may arise as a result of your participation in an Alliance Programs.
  9. WCC, its affinity partners, affiliates, representatives and agents make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to items or merchandise or products or services of Alliance Programs, and shall not be liable for any loss, expense (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees), accident or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of such items or as a result of any defect or failure of such items. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are specifically disclaimed.
  10. WCC is solely responsible for the provision of Rewards within the MFI Rewards Program only.
  11. The number of Points required for specific Rewards within the Rewards Program is subject to change at any time. WCC reserves the right to delete, add, modify or substitute Rewards or award selections (of equal or greater value) in this Program at any time and at its sole discretion.
REWARD ORDER PROCEDURES
  1. Upon qualifying for a Rewards Program Award, Rewards Program Member will receive a Certified MFI Rewards Certificate via e-mail, hereafter Rewards Certificate. All Rewards Certificates must be redeemed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Program, or other procedures specified by the Rewards Program. When receiving notification of qualifying for an Award, only the individual mentioned on the Rewards Certificate is eligible to receive the Award, which is not transferable. The Rewards Certificate, nor the Award may not be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for any other form of credit, and may not be used with any other discount, special offer or promotion (rate or coupon). Identification may be required for Rewards Certificate or Award redemption. Unused portions of partially redeemed Rewards Certificate or Awards shall be considered void and fully redeemed. Change will not be given for partially used Rewards Certificate or Awards. Rewards Certificate and Awards must be used by the person who actually qualified for the prize by the stated expiration date, or they will have no value and cannot be presented for redemption. Altered Rewards Certificates and any Certificates Rewards that are brokered or sold are void
  2. Points cannot be applied toward redemption of rewards in any other Alliance Programs except as offered by WCC through the MFI Rewards Program
  3. You can redeem your Points by completing the “Request to Redeem Points” section in its ENTIRETY on your Rewards Certificate and e-mailing a copy to the Rewards Program Service Center at mfirewards@worldclasscoaches.com. Points may also be redeemed by submitting your completed Rewards Certificate via fax to MFI Rewards Service Center, fax number 702-920-7600 or vial US Mail at MFI Rewards Program, 3450 W. Sahara Ave. #780, Las Vegas, NV 89102.
  4. To ensure the security of your account, Reward Certificates by fax and mail will be accepted from you only with proper verification and MFI Program Rewards will be mailed only to your address on file. All Reward Certificates, including those submitted via e-mail, fax and mail-in require your signature.
  5. You must have the required number of Rewards Program Points in your account prior to redeeming Points for a Reward.
  6. Tax Liability: MFI Rewards received through participation may be subject to tax liability, including, without limitation, foreign, federal, state and local taxes. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt and/or use of Rewards is the responsibility of the Rewards Program Member.
REWARDS
  1. Based on the total number Qualified Points accumulated as a MFI Reward Program Member, you are eligible to receive reimbursement payments on Qualified Products and/or Services equaling the amount of your combined respective state, local and National Associations of REALTORS® dues for the current calendar year. Reimbursements will be issued in the form of three Rewards Certificates, which you will be able to redeem for a rebate. Rewards Certificates will be issued in $200 increments, based on the number of Points you accumulate. You will receive your first one when you accrue 20,000 combined Points. You will continue to receive a $200 Reward Certificate for every 20,000 combined points.
  2. Point values for any Qualified Product or Services may change at any time during the Rewards Program. Points have no value until presented for redemption by the member. The Rewards are void where prohibited by law.
  3. WCC reserves the right to restrict, suspend, modify or substitute the Rewards Program at any time without notice.
